Can you believe this? The Wisconsin Grilled Cheese Academy, an institution dedicated to deliciousness. I think I can finally put my childhood obsession with the WAM (Wonderbread/ American cheese/ margarine) perfection aside. I will miss thee, but if these are what grown ups eat, then I must grow up as well. Farewell, WAM, I will miss you only slightly.
