There's been a lot of DIY tips on shoe decor lately, so I decided to give a few of them a try with my own little spin. This first one was posted on P.S. I Made This a while back and is based off of the Fendi wrapped heel.
I have to say that using a pair of old tights is a pretty genius idea to recreate this wrapped style. I used a pair of old grey footless tights that had some runs in them. Here's what I came up with (sorry for the poor quality):

This is a really inspiring D.I.Y. I love how effortless the concept and process is and the results create such stand out pieces, I think I may have to customize some shoes a la Lanvin
